Pricing & Scope

We have done our very best to keep our fees low and maintain the same excellence we have provided for the last 15 years. Every member of our team has agreed to keep our fees low by donating some of their time.

We hope the following answers your questions but if not please contact us for clarity.


PRICING

Price
Most of our clients pay $150 per month.
Price Guarantee
We will review your website and quote a fee. Our fees are fixed for 12 months. There will be a 5% cost of living increase each year.
Price Change
Our fees could go up after 12 months but only with three-month notice.
Our Capacity
We are limited to accepting two new clients each month. This is because our team donates some of their time and they consult (brain storm) with each other as needed in their own time.
One Free Month
Ad Grants cannot be operating on day one. We need to understand the client’s mission, research relevant keywords, research others competing for the same keywords, etc. We start campaigns slowly, cautiously, learn from experience and analytics, manage negative keywords, etc. There is also a learning period on Google’s end that will last for a few weeks. We believe one month is necessary for you and us to experience and see how Ad Grants will benefit your specific mission.
Landing Pages
We will discuss the need to improve or add landing pages in month one.
Contracts/Agreements
We do not use contracts.
Cancellation
Either party can cancel at any time.
Billing
We use STRIPE to charge a credit card and you will have your own portal. We do not send invoices or process checks. Our first billing will be in week one of month three.

SCOPE OF WORK

 

Set-Up & Manage: We set-up the account. This includes campaigns, keywords, ads, demographics, negative keywords, groups, location targeting and more.

Reporting: We will send you performance reports once a month.

Google Analytics: If you provide us with access to your Google Analytics account then our monthly reporting will include data from there.

Conversion Tracking: If we are provided with the correct Google Tags then we will enable conversion tracking with your Ad Grant account. Ad Grants will tell you how many times your ad was displayed and how many times people clicked on the ad and visited your site. Conversion Tracking allows you to add a “Tag” to a form, button, link, etc. For example, you could track how many people say your ad, visited your website, and clicked the Submit button on your donation page.

 

SCOPE NOT INCLUDED

 

Website: We do not create landing pages, write content, or touch your website in anyway.

Training: We do not train your staff. Of Note:

  • Please trust us that the training you will get here is better and takes less time than what we can provide
  • It takes us more time to train than it does to set-up and manage an account.
  • Caution, once you understand the basics you execute and learn over time and by working on multiple accounts. If becoming certified and managing multiple accounts is not your goal then we suggest you should reconsider in-house management of your Ad Grant account.
  • Moving work in-house is smart when you save money. However, we reduced our rates to make it extremely affordable and far less cost per hour than any nonprofit staff. So you will get better results and it will cost you less.
